Do Now: What are three important events from Act 4 (i.e., the falling action)?

I will be able to describe how analyzing a small amount of text can shed light on big ideas in the text.

-I can make a connection between a short passage from the play and a big idea.
-I can recognize an important method Shakespeare uses in a passage and explain what it emphasizes or suggests.

  2. Act 5: Resolution or Denouement
  3. Exit ticket: explain how one of the literary devices Shakespeare uses sheds light on one of the big ideas in the play.
